IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY STATED BELOW:
Payment in full is required when making a reservation.
• There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee on all reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled ARRIVAL DATE; not arrival time(ie., a reservation for Friday must be cancelled prior to Tuesday). There is a 50% service charge on all cancellations made after the 72-hour period. Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged for the room in its entirety unless the room is rented.
EXTENDED RESERVATIONS are those that are more than three room nights (including those spread over more than one room): There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee on every room cancelled. Cancellations of more than three room nights (including those spread over more than one room) must be made more than two weeks in advance of your ARRIVAL DATE. If made less than two weeks there is a 50% service charge on all cancellations made after the two week period. Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will be charged for the room in its entirety unless the room is rented.
All cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be acknowledged with a cancellation email.
• A bed choice must be made when reserving the East Room.
• Check-in is 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Arrangements MUST be made for early or late arrivals. Check-out is at or before 11:00am.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the building. If we feel there is evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500.00 fumigation charge.
• The Oakwood Inn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of valuables of any kind.
• Doors automatically lock when they are shut. Please return the keys when checking out. You will be responsible for $150.00 re-key should you lose or fail to return the keys.
• Pets are not allowed.
